Job Description

As a Data Integration Specialist, you will gather and configure data to be displayed on a dealer’s commercial inventory websites. The ideal candidate will bring an analytical and customer service mindset to the position.  You should thrive as a learner, work well in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable communicating in writing and verbally with internal teams as well as external customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Gather and configure data for new dealer sites. Review data for accuracy.
  • Independently troubleshoot and creatively solve issues. Escalate issues to internal customer support and development teams as needed.
  • Work with customer service staff and marketing/Internet teams at dealers and third-party data providers to escalate issues.
  • Track timelines for multiple projects. Must have an excellent follow-up mindset.
  • Work closely with other internal teams and departments to gain an understanding of how systems and processes are integrated.
  • Investigate customer support issues reported by dealers and internal teams as needed.
  • Identify and communicate process improvements to the team.
  • Periodically test new features and report bugs and/or provide feedback.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to change.
  • Ability to understand systems and how they are integrated.
  • Must be comfortable reaching out via phone and speaking to people.
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work quasi-autonomously.
  • Effective and tactful written and verbal communication skills.
  • An effective listener with an analytical mind, able to match needs with solutions.
